ICANN requires us to email every gTLD registrant once per calendar year, listing the current contact data and asking them to confirm it’s correct.

What it looks like

FieldValue
Senderdomain-notifications@noxity.io
Subject pattern”Annual reminder: review your contact details for <domain>
BodyA read-only snapshot of the current registrant, admin, tech, and billing records, plus a link to the domain panel for edits.
DeadlineNone.

What to do

Read the snapshot. If anything is wrong (name spelled wrong, old phone number, outdated postal address), open the domain panel and edit the affected contact. There’s nothing to click in the email itself. The reminder is the prompt to act, not a verification step.

What happens if you don’t act

Nothing automated happens. The reminder exists so you can’t claim later that you weren’t told. Stale data is still a risk: any future eligibility audit (or the next registry-side check on a renewal) can suspend the domain if the data looks fake. Take the 60 seconds to scan the email even when you’re confident the data is right.
