Account & billing

Members AreaBillingMy Invoices. Every invoice is downloadable as a PDF and exportable as CSV in bulk. Receipts for paid invoices arrive separately by email; both link back to the same record.
Stripe (cards), PayPal (one-off and billing agreements for auto-renew), and a handful of cryptocurrencies via Coinbase Commerce. SEPA Direct Debit is available on request for European business accounts. Bank wire is available for invoices over a threshold; ask in the Billing queue.
Yes. Open the Services tab in the Members Area, click the product, then Upgrade / Downgrade. The new plan takes effect immediately; we credit unused time on the old plan against the new invoice. Downgrades that would lose data (going from a higher disk-quota tier to a lower one) require us to confirm the data fits the new tier first.
14-day refund on first hosting plan purchases, no questions asked. Domain registrations and renewals aren’t refundable once they’re at the registry — registry policy makes those non-reversible. Annual plans accidentally renewed can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge.
Slovenian-incorporated company, so EU VAT rules apply. EU consumer customers pay VAT at their country’s rate; EU business customers with a valid VAT number get the reverse-charge mechanism (VAT 0%, you self-account). Outside the EU, no VAT. The exact amount and any VAT-ID field is on the invoice and on your Profile page.
Services tab → click the product → Request Cancellation. Pick Immediate to stop service at the end of the current term, or End of Term to keep using it until the next renewal date. We don’t charge an early-termination fee. Domains aren’t cancelled the same way — they’re held until expiry; transfer them out if you want to move them sooner.

Hosting

Basic is the everyday tier: one cPanel account, fixed CPU and RAM, plenty of disk for small to medium sites. Power adds: higher CPU/RAM ceilings, the Power-only features (SSH, virtual containers, advanced monitoring tools), priority support response targets, and the option of multi-account WHM if you’re reselling. Full feature matrix on the pricing page.
On Basic, one primary domain plus add-on / parked domains as the plan tier allows; the disk and process limits are shared. On Power, the same plus the ability to spin up separate cPanel accounts under WHM if you need full isolation between sites. The Power tier is also where reselling makes sense.
In the New Account Information welcome email, or in the Services tab of the Members Area. The default URL is https://cpanel.noxity.io:2083; once your domain resolves to your account, you can also use https://yourdomain.com:2083.
Yes on Power plans, Basic doesn’t include SSH. Generate a key pair, add the public key in cPanel under SSH Access, and connect to the server hostname listed in your welcome email on port 22. Full walk-through in SSH access.
Free Let’s Encrypt SSL on every domain, daily backups (JetBackup, off-server), free DNS, free email (forwarders + mailboxes), Imunify360 baseline scanning, LiteSpeed web server with LSCache. The full bundle is documented under cPanel overview.
The Migrations workflow has its own guides — start at Migrating to Noxity. Most cPanel-to-cPanel migrations we run for free; non-cPanel migrations (Plesk, generic FTP/SSH, custom stacks) are quoted case-by-case.

Domains

No. Standalone domain registrations come with free DNS, free email forwarding, WHOIS privacy, and DNSSEC out of the box. Add a hosting plan later if you decide to host the site with us.
Typical: 5–7 days for gTLDs (.com, .net, .org); 1–2 days for .eu; same day or minutes for .uk/.co.uk/.si/.at. The full breakdown is on Transfer in.
Yes. The transfer adds 1 year on top of the existing expiry, so paying the transfer fee never costs you registration time. ICANN’s 60-day post-registration / post-transfer lock is the only blocker — you can’t transfer inside that window.
Not yet. There’s a grace period (free recovery), then a redemption period (recovery with a registry fee), then pending delete (5-day final window with no recovery), then release. Full lifecycle on Recover an expired domain.
Yes wherever the registry permits. Most gTLDs have GDPR-style redaction by default and a privacy proxy on top for the registrant email. A few ccTLDs (.de, .eu, .it) require minimum public contact data by registry policy; the privacy toggle is no-op there.

Support & how we operate

The detailed answer is on Support overview. Short version: anything on infrastructure we operate (cPanel, mail server, web server, DB server, the registrar back-end) and any stuck question on infrastructure you operate (your DNS records, your application). We won’t write your application code, and we don’t touch services we don’t run.
No. We’re a hosting and domain provider, not an agency. We can recommend developers we’ve worked with through Members Area → Partners.

Yes. We’re a Slovenian company under EU jurisdiction. Data Processing Agreement is available on the Profile page in the Members Area; sign electronically. Sub-processor list lives at the link inside the DPA.
Linked from the footer on every page of noxity.io and inside the Members Area. The signed copy attached to your account at signup is the one we’ll cite in any dispute; updates are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
