.uk is the second-level UK domain space, available since 2014 alongside the older .co.uk. Nominet runs both. The shorter .uk was originally reserved to existing .co.uk holders for a transition window; that window closed in 2019, so anyone can now register a fresh .uk.

- Auth (EPP) code. Nominet uses an “IPS Tag” model. The auth code is the IPS tag of the gaining registrar; we issue it on request.
