# Partner tier

> Tier three of the Noxity Partner program. Invite-only sponsorship with a signed contract.

The partner tier is the top of the Noxity Partner program. Sign-up isn't open. Partners come in through the [Ambassador tier](/members/partners/ambassadors) on invitation, with a signed contract covering everything from commission rate to merch logistics.

The arrangement is built to fit the partner, so most of the specifics get worked out one-on-one.

## What's on the table

* **Negotiated commission.** The starting frame is full-rate on first month. The actual structure (rate, overrides, milestone bonuses) gets written into the contract. We design it around what makes sense for the partnership.
* **Paid placements.** We pay for the ad slot, the post, the integration. Rates and formats agreed per piece.
* **Sponsored content.** Long-form sponsored videos, dedicated posts, multi-episode arcs. Scoped, briefed, and paid as separate engagements on top of commission.
* **Free services.** Hosting, VPS, add-ons covered for the duration of the partnership where it makes sense for the work you're doing.
* **Merch.** The full Noxity kit, plus anything custom we put together for partner activations.
* **Joint events.** Co-organised content drops, giveaways, livestreams, and announcements where there's a fit on both sides.
* **Dedicated account manager.** Single point of contact, with the authority to negotiate and to keep things moving.

## How partners get in

You don't apply directly. We invite top-performing ambassadors when there's a clear fit for a longer-term arrangement.

In practice:

* **Be a successful ambassador.** Hit your referral targets, produce quality content, keep the relationship clean.
* **We reach out.** When the fit looks right and the timing's right, your account manager opens the conversation.
* **We negotiate.** Rate structure, exclusivity, scope, term, deliverables. Most of this is case-by-case, which is why there's a contract in the first place.
* **You sign.** Once we're aligned, the contract goes through and the partnership starts.

## What we expect

* **Exclusivity.** No promoting direct competitors during the term. The exact scope is in the contract.
* **Referral and content targets.** Numbers we agree on up front, reviewed at intervals.
* **Brand fit.** Disclosure rules from the ambassador tier carry over, plus anything specific to the partnership.
